If we simply used a garden hose, we could get rid of plenty of dirt, grime, and goo, but we couldn’t get it all. A high-pressure washer is one of the best ways to clean surfaces. We strive to get the best possible results, and high pressure is one part of that equation.
You will note that we use water that is at least 190F. This heat is important because it loosens the grime and goop and helps sanitize. Think of it like this: Would you wash your dishes in cold water? Of course not, because cold water does not loosen oil, grease, and other stubborn things that can stick to surfaces.
When was the last time you cleaned your bins? Did you get every nook and cranny clean? Were your bins simply hosed down, or were they truly cleaned and sanitized? Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We will make every effort to get your bins as clean as possible! We want them all to look brand new, but the reality is that most garbage bins have been heavily abused for many years. This is another reason we recommend our subscription plans. Your bins will continue to get better and better with each treatment. All that said, if you are not happy with the result, then we are not happy. Please reach out if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, and we will do what it takes to make it right for you!
Nope. Our cleaning trucks usually only use hot water and high pressure to clean and sanitize. We use an environmentally friendly biodegradable odor neutralizer, and occasionally (often for first time can cleaning) we may also use a biodegradable degreaser to loosen things up. Also, all of the wastewater from this process is collected on the truck, and taken with us to be processed properly. The only thing left behind are clean, freshly sanitized bins.

Bacteria can thrive in your garbage bins, but the most common ones are Salmonella, E. Coli, and Listeria. Salmonella is bacteria usually found in eggs, uncooked poultry or raw meat. Germs associated with the common cold can make it into the garbage bin by discarded tissues and napkins that contain the virus. E. Coli is found in uncooked beef and other household foods like cucumber. Listeria can be found in many foods and thrive in colder temperatures. You should have your trash bins cleaned out, you will be glad you did because that bacteria lurking there, can cause some serious health issues.
We would prefer the trash bins to be empty. Our technician will remove 1 to 2 bags of trash, clean your trash bins, and then place the bags back inside when done.
